Thank you,
CLAUDIA VICTORIA VARGAS CEDEÑO,

ANSWER
Dear CLAUDIA VICTORIA VARGAS CEDEÑO,

Thank you for your email.

This is to inform that as per Vietnam’s current regulations, everyone entering Vietnam from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland, Italy, Iran, South Korea, China have to be quarantined for at least 14 days. However, all airports are strictly controlled upon entry (thermal scanner) so you might be tested for coronavirus upon landing in Vietnam’s airports so if you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties, you might be quarantined 14 days. We also encourage less travel to the crowd, always drink water to keep your throat wet and wash hands with reliable soap more than 10 seconds while travelling.

Hope this helps and have a nice day.

Best regards,
Cindy, Ha Huyen Trang (Ms.)

Dear Sir,

I am a Chinese current working at Finland. I have booked the flight on 18th Mar from Helsinki Finland to Hong Kong, and the flight will transit at Ho Chi Minh City Tan Son Nhat International Airport. I need Visa for transfer at Nhat International Airport.

Thank you very much.
Bingpeng Zhou

ANSWER
Dear Bingpeng Zhou,

Thank you for contacting us.

This is to inform that due to SARS-CoV-2 spread out, Vietnam temporarily suspends issuing visas for all nationalities within 30 days from 18 March 2020. With your provided information, kindly check with your airlines agent if your luggage will be automatically transferred from one flight to another so you do not need to go out of the isolated area (just stay in Transit Area), you would not need a visa for your provided trip’s information.

However, if you need to go out of the Immigration gate (isolated area) either to reach the baggage claim belt yourself or to go out of the airport, you would need to have a visa to pass the Immigration checking booth.

Please double check with your airlines about the information above and confirm us which situation you are in.

If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.

Best regards,
Cindy, Ha Huyen Trang (Ms.)

Question: How to get stamp at Vietnam embassy?
Dear sir,

I’m a Bahraini national living in bahrain wishing to visit Vietnam for tourism .
How can I apply online ? As we do not have Vietnam embassy here in bahrain and would like to avoid sending my passport to other county.

Best Regards,
Mohamed

ANSWER
Dear Mohamed

Thank you for your email.

This is would like to inform that we are a travel agency who support customer to get visa on arrival.
In order to apply visa to Vietnam, you can pick up visa at Vietnam Embassy nearest your place. After receiving your request we will process your application but note with Vietnam Immigration Department that you will pick up the visa at Vietnam Embassy/Consulate abroad. The Dept will fax a letter to that Embassy, we will also send you the copy of that faxed version via email. You will bring this copy to the Embassy chosen then they will grant you visa. At this point, you will still have to pay for the official visa, but we are not sure about this fee because each Embassy/Consulate has its own policy. Kindly contact the Vietnam Embassy to make sure that your visa result is available in their system.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Best regards,
Cindy, Ha Huyen Trang (Ms.)

Could you kindly provide information on the requirements to apply online for the visa.

As a note, I am currently residing in Ireland and will be flying from Ireland but as a holder of Croatian passport.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Kind regards,
Josipa Belecan

ANSWER
Dear Josipa Belecan,

Thank you for your email.

I am writing to clarify to you some points that:

– We – Vietnam Visa only offer the Visa-on-arrival (VOA) is briefly a process of obtaining the pre-approved visa letter through our company to check-in at the departure airport and pick up the actual visa stamp at an international airport in Vietnam upon arrival.
In order to apply for a visa approval letter please apply here OR kindly send us the scan/photo of your passport information page then provide us the earliest expected arrival date and type of visa (01 or 03 months, single or multiple entries) so that we can send back confirmation email and payment link accordingly.

Normally, it takes up to 02 working days to process and send back your visa approval letter which allows you to board on your flight. Up on arrival at any Vietnam International Airport, you can follow the instruction in our email to complete the landing visa procedure to get official Vietnam visa stamp into your passport.

We hope that the above information is helpful for you and will be waiting to hear from you soon.

Best regards,
Cindy, Ha Huyen Trang (Ms.)

Question: How to get E-visa?
Dear staff, I’m an Italian citizen, I entered Vietnam (from HCM Airport) the 14th of December with a free visa of 15 days. I left Vietnam the 18th of December to visit some friends in Cambodia. The 13th of January I\’m going to come back to Vietnam (from Hanoï Airport) and I will need a 30 days visa. Can I obtain it directly at the airport or I need to obtain first the e-visa online? Thank you for your help

Kind regards
Ilham Atrass

ANSWER
Dear Ilham Atrass,
Thank you for your email.
This is to inform that the type of visa we support customers to obtain is visa on arrival, which means you will receive a visa approval letter by email then print the letter out, show it at depart airport to board on flight to Vietnam. Upon arrival at Vietnam airport, you will be granted official visa

In order to apply e-visa that there is only ONE place to get an E-Visa for Vietnam: Direct from the Vietnamese Immigration Department. Please note that it will take at least 3 working day to issue the visa. More importantly, Vietnam Visa Department only issue 1 month single entry visa.

Here is the website: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/web/guest/home

Additionally, the visa result we send to customer is signed and stamped by the Viet Nam Immigration Department, not our product. Therefore, the visa you get at the Embassy or evisa and from Immigration Department (through us) is same effective.

If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.

Best regards,
Cindy, Ha Huyen Trang (Ms.)
