A. PROCESSING TIME: We process your application based on Vietnam local time: GMT+7

- STANDARD PROCESSING:  2 working days

- URGENT PROCESSING: 8 working hours (plus 10 USD)
If your online application is submitted before 08:00 am in Vietnam (GMT +7) and is approved, the Letter of Approval will be sent to you by 06:00 pm on the same day.

- URGENT PROCESSING: 4 working hours (plus 20 USD)
+ Morning: If your online application is submitted before 08:00 am in Vietnam (GMT +7) and approved, the Letter of Approval will be sent to you by 2:30 pm on the same day.
+ Afternoon: If your online application is submitted before 09:30 am in Vietnam (GMT +7) and approved, the Letter of Approval will be sent to you by 6:00 pm on the same day.

- WORKING HOURS to apply visa are from 08:00 - 10:30 and 14:00 - 16:00 during weekday from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays.

Please be noted that Chinese citizens fly from China via any airlines will not be able to apply their visa applications within 4 or 8 working hours. Standard processing (2 working days) will apply for this group. Visa(s) will be picked up by applicant(s) at Vietnam Embassy in China.

C.STAMPING FEE: Pay directly in cash to Immigration Department at Vietnam international airport to get your visa stamped.

D. ASSISTANT FEE: To prevent you from wasting time and a long queue at immigration check-point at Vietnam Airports, we offer you the Assistant Service. With this service, our staff will greet you right after you land and will assist all procedures until your Vietnam visa gets stamped.

HOW ASSISTANT SERVICE RUN?

Step 1: In the application form, inform us of your exact flight number, arrival time (Vietnam Time: GMT+7). If your flight is changed, please notify us at least 48 hours before your landing (except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays) via email sales@getvisavietnam.com or call us Hotline +84 9 3600 9908

Step 2: Right after landing, our staff will greet you with the welcome-board. In case of early landing, you cannot find our staff, please call our Hotline +84 9 3600 9908

Step 3: Our staff will collect your visa approval letter, passport, 2 photos (4x6cmwith white background), stamping fee and do all the procedures until your visa gets stamped.

Step 4: Get your passport back with the Vietnam Visa stamped from our staff.

E. AIRPORT TRANSFER FEE: You can also use our Airport transfer service from only one person or one hundred people, remember to count your luggage before choosing the suitable car.
